Electricity at the field

Postby Jetdktr » Tue Jun 12, 2012 5:26 pm

Meeting tonight, we will be discussing bringing electricity to the field. WHY???? The set-up we have is perfect for what we need!!! Spend the money on improvements to the field. ie: widen and lengthen the runway, pave the parking lot etc.

EMail from Jack saying ballots for vote on "Electricity to the field" will be mailed and must be returned by the 26th of June. 12days??? What if people are out of town, USPS can be really slow sometimes!!! Give the members more time to vote. Make ballots due day before next meeting. Open and/or count ballots at meeting. No peeking or discussing how voting is going by anyone. Only ballot taker/reciever will know results prior to meeting. Seems like everything is being excelerated to get it done as fast as possible. This is a big expenditure for the club, and everyone needs to have a little time to think it over.
